had too much to drink at the Red Lobster Now the room is spinning around like the blades of a helicopter

No not really, but I did just get back from eating there with my parents. Their cheese biscuits are savory. I didn't have anything to drink though.

On a side note, I've grown weary of Chinese buffets. Just the sheer girth of many of...

There are things called sleeves which are supposed to simulate penetration and there are also, of course, anal toys. I hadn't even thought of blow up dolls until you mentioned it, actually! Hehe.

Chinese buffets scare me. As does ATL traffic, though otherwise I love that city! (I know you don't. We'll have to agree to disagree.)

Enjoy the movie!

Future. Though if I could choose neither, I would.
zenobia:
are there any chinese resturants around here that don't have a buffet? Buffets are pretty shady but the one that scares me the most is East Buffet on Tunnel Rd. I haven't ever eaten there but the commericals make me want to projectile vomit. Seeing the big hogs eat with their little pigglets is just disgusting. Sorry I guess I sound a bit angry.

I would have to say change something in past. I realize it might change who I am but it would probably be a good change.

I'd rather know how but not when...hmm...possibly.

Yes it is the Blue Ridge Parkway! Near Blowing Rock, I got to take a little trip up there smile

Hipsters don't wear shorts.
I wore shorts today.
I'm not a hipster.

So there has been quite a bit happening in this part of the state. This whole pulpit pundit thing is pretty wacky. I'm not suprised that kind of thing was happening though. Just know that a majority of us around here aren't that fanatical.

So the Decemberists put on an awesome show Sunday...

It jo' mama's day.

I was going to fix my mom breakfast, but since I usually manage to burn everything, including cereal, I bought her some flowers and a gift card to the Red Lobster. They can do the cooking for me.

I'm going to see The Decemberists tonight. I'm excited. They're one of my newfound favorite bands. A great mix of catchy music and...

I added the links and changed a bunch of stuff around. Some of the images have separate thumbnails now, but I can't do that on the "click to change" oages because of the way it's coded. Sorry...

I may add some Flash elements later, but since the whole thing was made in Dreamweaver it would be starting over to make it Flash now. I love the Flash look, hate the program itself. Le sigh...

Thanks for all the feedback! And the luck on exams...

I hope you had fun at the show!

I already do tell everyone everything on my mind. It's bad, really. But I prefer it to lying, which I am piss poor at.

zenobia:
did you enjoy the show sunday night? I haven't heard of them are they local?

I had to go to church with my mom. it reminded me of all the reasons why I haven't gone to church in years. but it made her happy so...

I guess I would say tell every thing on my mind even though it would make everyone think i'm crazy!!!! I had a friend who was a complusive liar and it just sucked because you don't actually get to know the person.

wow such a long answer for a simple question

Cinco, Cinco, Cinco.
It won't be 5/5/05 again for a thousand years.

6/6/06 is going to be crazy.

I gave blood today. Precautions are a good thing but I think they are a little overly precautious. You can't donate if you've had a tattoo or body piercing in 12 months, had a headache with a fever, slept with a bisexual heroin junkie from eastern Europe....

speechless, is that good or bad?
I can't answer your sex question... because while I do enjoy it, a different person every day would not be so great

triple five is sad in that I did hardly anything special for it.

Since my last entry wasn't designed to be much of a conversation starter, I pose you this question:

Would you rather walk in on your parents having sex, or your parents walk in on you having sex?

Also everybody should click on that Secret Lives link up there ^ so I can pretend I know some rock stars.

I didn't remember that but if I did you are tops.

sort of a moot question as a child of divorce but me having sex I guess.
vuokko:
Thanks. smile (Did I say that already? I can't remember.)

Err... well, my parents are divorced, so not only would that be traumatic, but a major alteration of my worldview. Do they walk in at the same time or separately? Same time is better, I guess. Eww... Don't want to think about it anymore.

Holy Shit! That Secret Lives link at the top in the check it line, is a band from Asheville. Ha, Ha, that's funny.

On a serious note, I want to dedicate this journal entry to my first real girlfriend, whose birthday is May 1st. I treated her terrible. I was 18, and like most adolescent males I had inconstant heart and a wandering eye. She...

So I managed to make it through Much Ado relatively unscathed. It's too bad we have only the one performance. I wish I had more so I could get it perfect. I majorly screwed up this one part tonight. I was in the middle of this soliloquy towards the end, when all of a sudden I went into a completely different speech. I was horrified....

Happy Birthday master Shakespeare. How you've changed our lives.

Speaking of Shakespeare, I'm playing Benedick in a student directed version of Much Ado About Nothing at UNCA. The show is this Thursday at 8:30 at the Carol Belk Theatre on the UNCA campus. Also it's absolutely Free Asheville peeps are encouraged to attend. wink

So today I ventured to the mall in a quest to relieve...

Chess counts. It's a wonderful game. I learned when I was really young and stopped playing for a long time, then started up again last year. Glad I got back into it.

Is that you in the suit?! Rad!

Heh, yeah.

Aargh! I have no time to do this.

The Reigning Sound tonight.

Iron and Wine tommorow.

Dressing up like a cell phone and waiving at people Friday and Saturday.

A Streetcar Named Desire Friday night.

Possibly a party Saturday night. wink

Now I've got to run to rehearsal.

I'll have something interesting to say soon.

Thanks for the birthday wishes.
Do I feel different? Nope, not really, except I can go to the packy and buy shit myself... I guess that is cool...
zenobia:
I think mamacita's is a good idea just because it's so close to the orange peel and it's pretty cheap also. So yah I think it would be a good idea to meet up there before the show. Mamacita's will probably be pretty busy because they were the night that Iron & Wine played. Do you have a specific time in mind? I'm pretty open so just let me know.

I love the smell of fresh cut grass,
as long a I'm not the one doing the cutting. smile

P.S. Bloc Party's Album Silent Alarm is really fucking good. Very danceable new-waveish british indie rock. Check it out.
