between you & me & everyone else who reads these updates. I'm gonna really miss my friend @aerion. She has been such a positive person in my life. She's gotta go though. When Harvard is calling, you answer. Just finished hiking. I feel good.

Someone I care for a great deal lost their father yesterday. I told them I'll be there for them as much as possible. Fortunately they have a good support system around them. I hope so, I don't trust them enough to be there for her. But what can you do. Anyway, my heart goes out to her and her family

So this should make my 7th straight day of hiking. Averaging 2 miles and between 800-1,000 calories. Woohoo! By the way, I've lost about 5lbs this week.
