Ok, signed the purchase and sales last night, and along with gave him a check for $6,250. Got the condo inspected and he's got some minor things to fix, and I'm waiting on the bank to approve my mortgage. Things are moving well and hopefully January 16th with be the closing date.

Just put the first $500 down on my new condo. Owe another $5,750 in a month. Hunting for a mortgae is tough but fun. Good news, the housewarming party will be in January.
