You botched it even with the mix? It's not too hard. You just put a little oil on the pan, spread it, and wait a bit (because you want to cook pancakes, not fry them). Don't worry Lush, I can't make pancakes either...once while trying to make waffles I set the toaster on fire and while screaming like an asshole I frightened the dog who got scared and ran outside and so I chased after him...well, I was so concerned for HIS safety I neglected the toaster which eventually burned down my apartment forcing dozens of residents to shelters and cremating my dozens of poetry notebooks and my extremely rare 1st edition signed copy of Catcher in the Rye...not to mention my dog met a poodle and they made babies and ran off together and I was forced to wander the streets for the next five years in my Curious George boxer shorts with absolutely no pride at all, and even worse....I really had considered having Cocoa Puffs that morning.
