I haven't blogged lately. My back is getting better. 85-90% at this point I think. 2 more follow up appointments next week. If they say I'm good to go I'll be back to work Friday. If they give me another 6 Physical therapy appointments then It looks like I might get cleared to go back after vacation.

Went back to my follow up appointment with the Dr. out for another 2 weeks. I start physical therapy Monday. I hope it goes well and that they can tell me what they think went wrong.
