Haha I am not Fred Topel. I was just surprised to see the article. When I went to the reading right after his book came out, i was fucking excited....had waited for the book for 6 months.....I took a bus across town to get to the reading.....and there were 50 empty chairs and me in the front row.
So it's strange / cool to see he's now being interviewed on a major (pornoland) news source.

The dealer is going to be buying it from another dealer somewhere in the area that has it. From what I can tell there is one in stock about 30 miles away and another about 12 miles away so there should be no trouble getting it.
The biggest help that I had for the pricing was that I used zag.com. It's a car buying service that doesn't cost the consumer anything but allows you to get quotes that dealers are required to honor for in-stock vehicles. If it's not in stock as was the case with mine, then the price is used as a starting point. The other big help was knowing the manufacturer's current promotions and doing research about the car so I knew exactly what I wanted. I brought one of my parents with me too since there was no way I could handle it alone - it worked out well since having someone else there made it easier for me to insist that things be a certain way.
The climbing on the slik looks fun. It seems like it might also get a little slippery though (or maybe I am getting it confused with something else).

Running is a great way to engage the body and allow the mind to either float free or focus...or both. I'm not a good runner, but I enjoy it....usually I prefer a sport, but a good solitary run to start the day and get the kinks out of the body and brain are good. Mornings down here are SUPER foggy and I live near the top of a hill so I get to do a cloud enshrouded run above the traffic and noise and can't see any of it. kinda blissfull.
getting up and running I would definitely count at the lest, the morning, a success.
congrats on the 100 miles.
third photo is definitely superhero, The Flash-type speed picture.
the fact that you are aware of the slippery nature of all those other aspects alone would point away from you being a purely physical being. probably semantics, but that kind of awareness is good. physically focused and grounded perhaps. a bit inward turning. not a bad thing.
all the modern trappings are fun to have again. was never very far from them. even in Afghanistan I had access to wireless internet on occasion and had my netbook and such. it's more the easing back into hustlybustly over technified and energized America that is difficult. It's a different set of survival and coping skills I have to dust off. But the ready access to technology is fun and not too overwhelming...well...then I got my new smartphone. and it's smarter than I am.

it was just crazy how fast it all went. It was like in the space of a nap I was in Kyrgyzstan and then in the space of a day (really longer but flying backward across the date line helps) back in the USA and eating Dominos and having a whiskey. surreal.
"turning into a superhero"? wait,,,so what were you before?
I was studying for my Sidekick certification when I was younger and then decided to go the more advanced, Nemesis route.
it's awesome being able to master control over your own movement and turn it into an artful medium. sport and activity is as far as most people take it. to eleveate it to art is pretty special.
yeah. I don't know how us guys function without a vagina...hmmm...maybe that's why we're so often pursuing it...there's power there...and it makes it easier to walk upright...or something. hope your's is better and unsprained.

hey you!
I meant to comment your blog and let you know I'm on here, but then you commented mine first...and now I'm probably going to go through a bunch of your blog posts like the creep I am and leave comments!
oh, and you totally have to hold up your end of the deal. There are never enough naked pictures of you out there. It's a fact.

I like your teeth. Is that creepy? I don't really care. You have excellent teeth. Not to mention a gorgeous face!

But I will warn you, there aren't a lot of members out in that part of town.
Good luck!
In other, happier news, look what I did to my name...
