Craptastic day!

Burnt the fuck out of my hand when the coffee maker overflowed.

Got screamed at by a guest because she hated her room and decided to blame it all on me.

Three people showed up with reservations that were never made and we didn't have any rooms for them.

We just made reservations for the haunted room in the Hotel Del Coronado for the room that Kate Morgan stayed in. Our reservation is for the night that they found her dead out on the steps. Its gong to be so neat!!
