Its a really cool idea. Just needs better execution. A little pop with a low power flash unit from the side might work. That way you can keep the flourescent look without overpowering it with the flash.

byt the way, the hair that glows orange and yellow i made on my own.....its UV plastic cord wrapping that i bought for 50 cents a foot... awesome huh?
