I'm sure you'd do fine once you pick it up again. I used to play the clarinet( yes, I'm a geek) and the few times I've brushed the cobwebs off it there's been no problem remembering how to play it.
Of course, when I mention this to my mum she goes into a big long speech on how much she enjoys the clarinet. Probably why I stopped playing it in the first place.
