Mom's doing all right. Thanks for the well wishes.

The convention was tiring, but definitely fun and working our table at artists' alley helped me get the drawing bug back that school this semester sorta sucked out of me.
And, hey, we did well too.

Had fun, spent money, even ran into Lenox a couple times, got to talk a bit, which was cool smile

While it's not a bad idea to get away for a bit, the problem is that all of us have an inner child, and an inner asshole. No matter where you go, you encounter real or potential assholes. That's why a desert island is the only option. smile

I should get to work on a new profile pic..

So, thinking I'm changing to graphic design, and then after getting that degree will possibly look into animation.
What I'd really like to do is just be an artist on my own terms and schedule, but that doesn't offer a lot of security, so...hoping to do both..a regular, art-related job along with what I want...

I have been lax with the updating...mainly just because there's not too much going on.

Saturday was crazy, and fun.

First, went to see Adaline's work at the Art Institute school's senior show. Some good, interesting stuff there, including hers.

..then..well, I don't recommend driving in downtown Chicago..really at anytime...especially a Saturday night. But, made it safe and..relatively sound to Salome's wedding party. A fun...
