well, it's been a week...guess I should post something to prove I'm still alive..

Quenchers last night was fun, as usual..

But..it's Monday..and..damn the day went by fast. Looks like it's off to homework now.

Maybe, if I lived in an 8x10 cell with nothing in it but school stuff and was only allowed to leave the cell for classes, I'd get school work done faster...or at all...?

So, a while back, having never seen it, I picked up The Incredibles on DVD.
I finally decided to sit down and watch it on Saturday, and..uh...watched it again not too long ago.
It's a great movie, written and directed by Brad Bird, who also did The Iron Giant, so can't go wrong there.
Loved how they let sensibilities and influences from 2D animation mesh...

Yesterday was good

...though..I showed up at the theater ready to help out to set up for the derby, there were a bunch of people already there...didn't think much of it, kept walking, found a bunch of people on the floor taking stuff down, thinking they were with WCR, I ended up helping them out...Wasn't exactly thinking on my feet when I got there.

Well, tonight was good: New comics, then Brew & View with...why, a bevvy of lovely ladies

...Lords of Dogtown was just too easy to make fun of...And it was like they filmed a bunch of stuff..might've been a story arc or character arcs there before, but it was all killed in editing... Plus..it was just dumb..and easy to make fun of
