I never thought I would be saying this..but I am. I've come to the conclusion that I no longer make good choices while out drinking and what not. So I will no longer be doing that. As of two days ago. I am "clean and sober". There will be strange days ahead. I'm sure.

So far I'm doing well and feeling great. I've cut out sugar and most breads, pasta and refined grain products. Eating more healthy protiens, lots of beans and high fiber veggies. Yummy!

That would be good if your hubby did return; I was peeved not so much about the money but the lack of interest since we have zilch of a social life and friends and I've tried hard to get something going. But you can't force it, I'll venture out on my own to SG stuff. It was causing arguments though because if we went away to a town for an SGUK meet we'd have to split for a day so this way at least she could come along but truth is she's too lazy to invest a modicum of time to do this - even if only for me and that's what rankles.
Last year was really constructive overall, the pace was good it's when work goes nuts that I struggle. I hope it'll be goo for you
