On the "god" note; in my mind and perhaps even in the mind of the iron&wine lyricist, god is merely a broad term or word used to define all things that exist. More so then the Christian catholic right of rage definition of the word. I my self like the term and use it often if for no other reason then to take the word back from the true blasphemers known as the church. I think a more modern term and definition of god is necessary in a culture that is pacified buy its own false moral structure.

I too no longer feel the incline to believe in the gad that the church wants us to believe. but more so in a conection between all things that exist.

I don't like folding laundry either. The nice part about being unemployed is that I can wear the same pajamas for three days running, thus reducing the amount of laundry I have to deal with.
