I am glad you are getting in the dr.s face about everything...dont back down!!...when my mom was in the hospital for her hip replacement, and things got bad for a bit, I asked tons of questions, until I was satisfied, and didnt care if I offended the dr.s,...since when do they do pyshcological testing to donate??....I havenever heard of that...I do hope your dad is resting comfortably...and if you can, see if there are other dr's to talk to about this...are any other family members with you at the hospital?...and you need to take care of yourself, i know its really hard to do right now, but you need your strength right now.....I wish I could actually be at the hospital with you. 
OK I haven't slept or kept any solid food down in 3 days. I keep waking up thinking I'm hearing phone calls or someone crying then running around like a mad man trying to see what has happened only to be told no your imagining it its nothing.
