I've had the weirdest fucking 4 hours imaginable. Which included crying, alcahol, phone calls from an ex-boyfriend. Probably didn't help with the fact of hearing said ex-boyfriend in tears. :HUGS: hun, Know how you feel, I been trying real hard not to give in lately too, been really flatlined and down on everythng as well.. and having the flu doesn't help with any of it, being sick makes the misery seem inevitable... I was coughing up blood and stuff too, finally gave in and went to the doc's last week, they just said that the flu is really really bad this year and everyone's been like that... So hopefully you're okay...
My psychiatrist gave up with the trying to help me thing a few months back, so I've been struggling along alone. After over a year of them trying to work out why I was feeling so crappy they came to no conclusion (and nor can I) and I can't take any meds to ease the slowly creeping insanity as the allergic reactions to them all have been far too bad...Think I'm just starting to appreciate my head turning loops in itself or something like that these days, being there's nothing I can do because I can't even work out what's going on...
I'm sure they will be able to help you, seeing they have and idea of what's happening now, just don't give up, as hard as it is not to.... When we give up in ourselves is when it all gets worse..
