And so, finally, I am home. In spite of airline security breaches and broken BART trains and the definite lack of an appropriate greeting party at the airport.

I came in to work today to discover that I love you all very much. The sweetness and generosity of you guys made the sluggung through the rain all worthwhile! There was a big pile of unopened...

Tomorrow I get to do a new shoot...shame I've been eating my way through LA since I got back here. It should be fun, though- I'm excited to work with Napalm. There's always something fun about working with a new photographer, seeing yourself through different eyes, and pushing and pulling with another creative brain to try to get something that represents both of you....

City of Angels

Three more shows. No more bus.

What now?

On the upside, I hear there's a pile of presents for me at work. Of course, some of those are from me, as ebay is a horrible addiction. But I suspect that some of them are from y'all. Which is very exciting.

On the other hand, it's really fucking hard to keep up personal...

fuck x-mas - I worked x-mas last year and this year. At least it's not retail - I'm in a hospital. Nothing like hearing old people screaming.

Yup. That was my house. I totally saw it for a second there.

And, that was Portland. Totally saw that for a second there, too.

Le sigh. At least it's Calfornia. Today I had my first In 'n Out stop in three months. Mmmmmmm.

Oh well. Time to go to LA and live on the couch at HQ for a while.

It's going to be...

Did you know that Seattle has the Worlds Largest Giant Shoe Museum? It's actually quite tiny. But the shoes are HUGE.

There are LAYERS of wierd under that town.

Really. there are trolls and mermaids and wooden fisherman that come to life at night. Herds on tiny buffalo that bowl with even tinier hedgehogs. Boys with mohawks and enormous knives carrying absurd skewers of filet...

Not "The Red-Headed Swinger"!!!

That either sounds like the worst cocktail, or the best sexual position in the werld.

Well, this is about to get a whole lot funnier. I have been painfully bored for weeks. Sleep in bus. Get up, go into big cold round building. Walk in cirlcles in flourescent lighting. Do show. Drink. Pass out in bus. Repeat. What do I do when I'm home and bored? I call upon TheRightBastard. So, what do I do on tour when even...

Why does an adorable photo of a baby seal come up when I Google image search "necrophilia"?

Are you guys doing anything after the show in Portland? I think Stormy's working at DP that night. I'm not paying $100 to see not-really-GnR, but it would be nice to see everyone again.

Nixon, I had to come to your profile after I joined... You are gorgeous! Very crappy about jealous mommys, the photo at the bottom is very lovely. love

I plan on fixing the image as my skills in PS improve. I'm still a newbie at best. I'm mainly focusing on crop of image (as well as which image to use) and text placement & color. Those are definitely not the final images.

Glad you like them regardless. And, Thanks!

Hey, guess whats more fun than YET ANOTHER Canadian border crossing?

Having the bus break down two miles from the border, and spending the rest of the day (well, after the two hours trying to thaw the break lines in the truck stop) in the bus in a garage in a corn field in North Dakota, breathing carbon monoxide and suffering from serious cabin fever....

A week or so ago (I have lost all sense of time), I had a night off in Chicago. I hung out with Obelisk and Oxalis and did a bit of bar-hopping. We did shots out of robots. We danced the robot. Then Obelisk and I spent most of the remainder of the evening looking at porn online. The height of the evening came with...

In the winter, Iowa doesn't even have corn.

I've always considered the flat-farmlands of the midwest a veritable wasteland, even when they do have corn.
I have family in that region, and I've always, always hated it!

Give me Mountains and Forests. That's what I love.

I found Iowa to be the most boring state I have ever spent time in. I saw that the tour is in Ames? I spent a week in Boone, which is around fifteen minutes from Ames. We were really excited to go to the Kinkos in Ames because it was something to do. Seriously.
