Not doing better yet, but have answers. Medication was basically suppressing all positive emotions, leaving me with nothing but depression and anxiety. Cut back on it and added another medication. Let's see how this works. In the meantime, I'm going to have to cancel my plans for this weekend. Not comfortable being alone for 10 hours in the car. Especially on new meds. I'm disappointed....

I'm guessing it'll be a minority Parliament if the numbers stay as there are. I'm leaning more towards a Liberal lead government though; If the PCs win though I'd have to guess that it will most definitely be a minority Parliament unless there is massive voting splitting.

It was weird man. I've worked and dealt with people that have had a wide range on mental illness, but that was just weird. At first I thought she was just trying to get me to lower the rate for her, but towards the end I wasn't sure.

Woke myself up in the middle of the night vomiting. Got up in the morning with bad cramps. Went and fed the animals. As I crawled back into bed, I told khoos I just want to "shit, fart or die". We now have a new family motto. surreal

Woke up to 4"+ of water in the basement at 5:30am. Lost it on the way to work and spent the entire ride crying.
I appreciate all the birthday wishes, but today can go fuck itself.

Thanks. Sometimes I kinda wish I could just explode on something, but I know that actually releasing all that anger isn't ACTUALLY cathartic and can actually lead to anger addiction.

Just haven't found an activity that fully transforms the anger into something else yet.
