Thank you for getting me through this weekend. The nursery is done and the baby shower was successful.

Everyone give khoos some love. She's really having a hard time. Labor is obviously starting, but not moving along quickly enough and she's really, really uncomfortable. We took her to the hospital at 4am because she was having contractions about 5 minutes apart, but they sent us home because she wasn't dilating enough.

The baby is coming. She's just taking her sweet time.

Poor khoos. Her doctors visits are now weekly, and it seems that ultrasounds may be weekly too. Now they are worried that the fluids in the sack are getting too low. Interestingly, they had her on some sort of monitor and she's having mild contractions every 6 minutes. We've been joking that she's going to deliver early on the upcoming full moon - maybe...

It's official! The closing will be Monday at 1:30! After that khoos and I will have no internet access until Wednesday.

I spent a good chunk of yesterday setting up all the stuff for the new house: electric & gas, telephone, tv and internet, insurance... now I pray that I actually close on Monday.
