I remember my older daughter's second birthday. Annette and I had some bad Chinese food the night before and were sick as dogs, but still managed to set up for the party and entertain a bunch of kids and adults.
The saving grace is that my daughter didn't eat any of the tainted food or the party would have been a collosal disaster, if there would even have been a party.
Thanks for helping me bring back that memory with your story. I'd give anything to relive even that nightmare from my past.

I'm tired and can't shake the sick, which is probably why I'm more tired than usual. I feel like something in my life needs a change, or something in my life just isn't right. Not sure what it is, if anything at all. Everything just feels off.

Perhaps my concern has much to do with my being willing to flirt with a potentially unsafe situation. Realizing that I'm willing to do this gives me the chills and makes it painfully clear that I need to rein myself in to some degree.
