dude, I am with you on that. I've had too many a day where I was out of it only to learn it was because I was behind on the medication; damn stuff. I actually did what kas mentioned and it is definitely helpful.

I fell down my basement stairs last night. Foot slipped out from under me, bounced down the stairs on my right side and landed at the bottom. I felt just like this:


The thing that pissed me off the most? The 40lb bag of cat litter I was carrying busted open at the bottom of the steps. blackeyed
