i have always looked at eating as an addiction... but my lazy ass hasn't ever been able to commmit to doing anything at the same time everyday... i am just starting to get the hang of 2 meals a day. it is wierd, since everyon in my family is over weight, except me... apparently my mom used to be similar - where she would forget to eat too, but that hasn't been a problem for her in a long long time.
when i swtiched to being a veggie, what helped - is making a game of finding what there is to eat on the menu, (that is healthy) rather than focusing on what i wish i could be eating.
