Had a rough time sleeping last night and an upset tummy all day so far, I hope it gets better. I have way too much to do today.

Wow what a week last week was

I tattooed
samling on thursday and on Saturday I had the pleasure of working on Little_Darling and DoubleC. A day that would have been so much crazier if DJmichelle hadn't been there to help out answer phones.

The I am 8 Bit show was amazing so many cool pieces. It was so crowded that I will have to come back and really take a good look when it's less crowded. And both of my pieces sold!!!!! I was so surprised, they sold at the preview earlier in the day.

Seriously you just got that? that's fucked. I was going to tell you about the sale as the canvases were cheap and being sold so cheap for a very silly, but easilly acceptable reason, especially for someone who has been thinking about getting a large number of canvases to start a big undecided project. I think I got every 5x6 they had left.

Anyhow, it was Blick's, on Beverly, right across the street from El Coyote, which I had just had 2 beers at when I walked over there, which may have been a factor in my splurge.

On the color thing- I'm not sure what the best plan is. I'm super busy at the moment so I'm not sure when I'll be able to look at it, and also, I'm not sure what I should consider in terms of doing color for being etched in with needles, ie, if I should limit pallete, etc. I'm also a bit keen to see what you would do with my lines left to your own. maybe we can both look at it at the same time and discuss it, if there's ever a time that makes sense.
-seriously...that voicemail issue is nuts.

I finally got some time on Friday.
I painted a little and worked on the apartment a little and I dyed my hair all dark fuschia. I blew bubbles from my balcony at all those poor suckers on the 101 freeway. It was a good day and I am recharged.
The on Saturday I tattooed from noon till 10pm with 2 very short breaks.
