ahhhh,but that's part of the mystery... there's no way to get into the toilet from the apartment. in fact, i've seen no way to get into it from outside the apartment, either. one would need to fully remove the toilet itself or part of the wall, as it's built out of the wall & the tank and mechanism are inside said wall.
