Driving home from Vegas I got so tired I was starting to do the "head nod"--which I fucking HATE. And it was like 3:30 in the afternoon. So I pulled over to a rest stop, napped for about 20 minutes in the car, and then it was like rocket fuel the rest of the way home. I am afraid if I did that at work I just would not wake up though...

Sometimes I'm late. I'm a jerk to customers (if they deserve it.) I could probably work harder.

I have learned that it is pointless to work hard there though. I did way too much paperwork and other crap and never got raises I was promised. I had a lot of stress and was even depressed partially from working there. They keep merging offices, so it's not like their strapped for cash. They're just greedy.

Yeah, but they were 35 cents and 30 cents. And the one year they said they'd couldn't pay more, because mortgage rates weregoing down and it would be less busy. It got busier after that.

And the supervisor told the second in command guy to tell is to stick in there, it would get better.

Too bad I never heard anything about that one job I applied for...
