Alright. This was simple enough. You need a belt buckle, a flask with more surface area than the BACK OF THE BELT BUCKLE, a handfile (I prefer the bouble bastard cut), metal epoxy (loc-tite is fine),and a hard curved surface.
1. File off the back of your belt buckle. Tis could be hard or easy depending on how the buckle is made.
