Take some advil (or whatever pain med you prefer) for the headache. Gargle with warm salt water for the throat, when you wake up and just before going to bed. If you feel you have the start of a cold coming on, eat an orange with breakfast and have hot chicken noodle soup for lunch. Your lucky sign today is fish. Why it is fish I do not know.
