so I tried out your recipe, but I must say, I've had better. First of all, my beater didn't work, so I had to fling frosting around by hand, which got my hands all messy. Then, when I split the cake, I couldn't fill it up again. I beat it and beat it and beat it, but I just could NOT fill the crack with frosting. I will continue beating, but I don't expect to produce any more frosting.
