This could work, as I don't really want a "comic book store" in as much as I want a store with comics in it. I'm thinking of a majority of the place to be filled with cool t-shirts, video games, graphic novels & indy comic collections, misc cool stuff, and lastly actual "comic books" to make up the least of it.
But I'm still a long way from making anthing happen just yet. Still in the very early "thinking" stages. I haven't even got to "planning" yet.
