Wow... If someone had told me last year that I could afford a new house and that I would be able to buy a new car I would have thought they were crazy. It's a nice change from the running punch line that my life seemed to have been last year. Lots of changes all at once.

So amazing news. Teal and I bought a house. I'm so excited we've even been fully approved for our morgage!! We are building a town house ground up (4 plex). Its a great size for us and since we're building we get to pick all our colors
