You'll definitely work harder in fear of them popping out of no where and beating your face in with a bat! It worked for me last summer. I was at 250, and I wanted to get to about 230..worked real hard, and I'm down to 210 right now. Still trying to get under 200. All thanks to M.O.P!!

Man..I was only 11 when that album dropped. Had such a huge impact on my life. I didnt even know who wu-tang was cause my brother only listened to westcoast shit..and at the time, all you heard was DPG, Snoop, Westside Connection and so on...I saw the video for 'Triumph' on mtv one day and lost my fucking mind. I used to have all the Wu Wear gear in 7th and 8th grade. It was crazy..haha.

She was a cancer survivor (brain cancer) but continued to battle various ailments as a result of the cancer...ultimately it was aplastic anemia that took her life. I have the weekend off and man it feels good, whenever it rains a brotha doesn't have to work, chea!!! Gonna do some painting around the house and some other home improvement things...I must say, after slapping a fresh coat of paint in the family room it's starting to look like a real house!
