Kiss? you've been watching too many movies. Detroit is about... well, Detroit is about telling people from far away that you live there when really you just drive through there to get to the Airport. Very few actually live there, some are moving back now because it's the hip thing to do, however I poop on regentrification.
I went to high school with a lot of kids from Korea, and they certainly had some sort of brotherhood going. Perhaps you just need to get it organized for yoursef... at least to avoid pervs on planes.
