knee jerk reaction rooted in our patriarchal budding brains. it's totally based on the flawed male assumption "nail her once and she's yours forever" and equally flawed female assumption that any woman ruffling the 'nailed and nesting' feathers of another is the afore mentioned individual. coping well with a required de-nesting technique is essential in growing up! oh well, soapbox now in the fire pit :)

It's kinda sad that in this day and age there's still that double standard of guys being praised for their promiscuity while women are derided and called whores (or far worse!).  In your scenario I'm not sure why the gf would call the gal her bf slept with a whore, for all we know the 'other woman' didnt' even know he had a gf. BUT this seems to happen all the time.  Personally I can't recall calling any woman a whore.  Relationships come and go, that's a fact of life.  As you said sometimes people just fall out of love.
