Just came back from the Gym--first time in over a year! Shame on me! I met with a personal trainer who showed me how to use all of the machines.

My goal is to lose 50 lbs, 20 by the 24th, but we'll see how that goes.

I'm going to try and get through all of my errends today, so I can finally see UNDERWORLD.

i went to the gym for the first time in 2 years last week. i've gone pretty much every other day maybe like 6 times. its hard but it feels good after and i think i sleep better

thats a lot of weight to lose. dont overdo it...

Should have listened to my instincts--again! The customers that I came in to see today, and told me they're buying their diamond elsewhere. Sold nothing all day. Still feel like crap.

Sick as a dog today. I should have trusted my instincts and called in sick. Instead, I arrive at work 3 minutes late, but then had to go run to the bathroom, so not I'm a few minutes later, and get yelled at for being late. I work like crazy because we get slammed with too many customers today, mostly lookers. I ring up less...

Never got to see Amy Hempel. My diamond appointment got pushed back and I could not put off my clients. I guess I'll catch her another time.

Nice lineup at Starshine Burlesque tomorrow night, I might check that out since I have Friday off.

I caught The Stains on cable in the late 80's i think. I dont know why it never had a wide re-release. I got a bootleg on ebay.

I admit I never saw Dancer in the Dark. Is it an uplifting Lars von Trier movie? or is that an oxymoron?

Yea, my mom came up from NY and we went last night! It was SO amazing!! He is playing another show in NY and I think we are going to get tickets.
YOU NEED TO GO!!!
He rocked out all over the stage, and I couldn't believe how GOOD he sounded. It was like listening to a cd, that's how perfect his voice was, but SO much better because they jammed more!! ahhhh!

Just came back from seeing The Jenny Vaudevile Show at Pete's Candy store in Williamsburg, hosted by Jennifer Dziura (jenisfamous). Molly Crabapple of The Pyrate Sisters (http://www.evilkid.com/pyratesisters/home.html) walked on glass while topless, Jen told some wicked jokes, and there was an incredible lineup of other awesome acts! I had a blast! I can't wait to go to the next show!
