Been swamped at work and home since I've been back from my trip, otherwise I'd be posting more.

Work's been very busy, but at the same time, few sales.

I'm trying to put more energy into my magic act. I want to line up a bunch of gigs. Adults only--no kid shows. I want to do more writing and magic and less retail!

I'm back! And words can not even begin to describe what a great time I had at Mardi Gras in Nawlins!

Of course there were boobs, boobs and even more boobs. And super-cool bodypaint art.

Been busy, busy, busy! Finally got some packing done last night--still more packing to do. Leaving for my trip on Friday.

Lots of last minute stuff to do--and no more days off to do it until Friday!

So get this. Remember how we had a Blizzard on Sunday? And remember how I tried to go to work, and couldn't? And remember how they decided to close the store?

Well, now they are not paying us for that day!!!! We have to come in this week on one of our scheduled days off to make up for that day!

Day off today. The list of things I have to do is overwhelming!

Too boring to list here though.

I'm going to the jenisfamous Vaudeville show in Williamsburg tonight! It's a blast!

Trying to figure out what to pack for New Orleans. I know the trip isn't until the 24th, but I like to pack early. I hate forgetting stuff.

Amanda Palma's solo show was amazing! She did original solo material, Dresden Dolls songs, Kurt Weil, and even Chopin!

She signed my DD T-Shirt and drew her eyebrows on the back of my jacket! I was in heaven!

I also sold my extra ticket and met two really cool people.

And best of all, I had the best seat in the house, right up front...
