Can't seem to get rid of this cold. Everyone in the entire store has this cold! So, I went off my diet while on my cold, and gained 3 pounds back. But I don't diet when I have a cold. I find I get sicker when I do.

Happy New Year!

I've been avoiding the scale the past few months and for good reason. Today I stepped on it and I'm 267lbs. That's the heaviest I've ever been. I need to drop the 67 pounds. So here's the plan:

No soda. No bread. No pasta. No rice. Nothing fried. No chocolate or snacks. Sticking to eating mostly fruit, salad, veggies and yogurt.
