The WM3, well I just saw the 2nd documentary last night and went wild, even tho I've known about it longer, I just don't get this case, SO scary. Oh yeah, Mary Byers is clearly guilty but i think just like the rest of his family, he'll be dead before the light. I could almost go for a whole documentary on him, he is an incidental comedian. What a goon. Well I dunno, all of a sudden I'm getting interested in making use of my free time, and this is one way. Do u have Friendster? I made an account for them.

Hey. That's the great thing about constitutional law, there are whole legal doctrines created by tiny little clauses within the constitution. Anyway, (in short, and this isn't a great explanation) one of those doctrines is that of "substantive due process," which refers to fundamental rights not enumerated in the Constitution-- like, in the case of Lawrence v. Texas, the right to privacy. Privacy is not a right that the constitution mentions, but our jurisprudence has decided that based on (it varies among the different decisions) historical context, structure of the constitution, textual indications, etc., the constitution nonetheless protects an individual's right to privacy-- it's part of liberty.
