It helps to separate your relationship with your dad, and the one you have with your mom. The situation you described is very akward, but I doubt much that you dads disdane for your mom has much to do with you. Anyways wish you luck just take each relationship as a one on one thing and try not to get caught up in the middle. You should know if your pops loves you. Anyways good luck with that. Get out there and travel while you are young and not tied down with kids, career ect. You can do whatever you want. You can make a living anywhere you go, just stack the loot to get there and you will be set. peace.
