It's easier to get through distressing times when you keep reminding yourself that you will get through them. Any problem that is survivable can be dealt with just as long as you refuse to give up. You're smart and resourceful, so you're not locked into misery. We all have horrible days, weeks, months or whatever but we can throw giving up away, even as an expression, because it just drags us into more despair. People and events may hurt us but we don't have to help them in the process. You always get through feeling terrible and you will continue to succeed the same way.

I do not go here as often as I used to. It has something to do with the fact I am trying to stay one step ahead of the creditors. I am so far in debt I may never get out, my business stinks and I lost my place to live twice in a year due to flooding.
