I live in a building full of assholes....everyone buzzes my apartment...no matter if its 3 am or 12pm....people expect me to let them into the building...I got so mad this morning thatthere is now a note in the front lobby....people can read I hope.

you guys have no idea how much that keeps me motivated and focused! 
and now to your blog. i am concerned about you, lucy. i know a little bit the background of what triggers your sadness, because we talked about some things, but seriously, don't stay all day at home, you need to go out and be among people. you need to find a way, even though you don't have a car. maybe you should go to a doctor, too and get a diagnosis, if you feel constantly this way, than you might have a real depression and that has to get taken seriously and needs to get treated.
i am here for you, lucy. keep your beautiful little head up and find everyday something positive in life...if it is the morning sun beams, which shine in your face or a bird, you hear singing, to see your kids laughing or just to feel the warm water on your skin when you take a shower. life has it's sad and bad sides, but even during this times, there are little beautiful things right in front of your eyes, you just have to open your mind and see them.
