Aww yeah, spring is back in Portland! I'm leaving for a long road trip down to San Diego later this week and I almost don't want to go because it's so nice up here again! Should be fun though. Yeah, you know what I just did? Yup I went roller skating! Oldschool at Oaks Park and man was that some fun stuff! I want to get my own pair of fancy dancy skates so I can grove it up.

Gotta get some self-sealing jars & make pasta sauce. Also, tomato jelly is awesome. I fry them, grill them, eat them raw, make soups, etc. They are the one food I cannot give up.

Oh Trader Joe's what won't you process and sell as organic? I just ate something that looked and tasted a lot like Spaghetti O's but was supposedly good for me.

Ha! Trader Joe's is awesome. That apartment that I posted pictures of, had a Trader Joe's about a block or two away. It was pretty sweet.
Oh yeah I summitted a giant mountain today! Made base camp about 2:30 pm (60th and Salmon) so I wasn't sure if I would make it to the top before sundown but I trekked on. The conditions turned out in my favor and the going was treturous but I was able to reach the top and enjoy the views. Oh Mt. Tabor is so nice...

Yeah, I go quite often actually. I should be there this sunday. Brilliant times, I say.
Saw Forgetting Sarah Marshal tonight. That was a pretty funny little flick I would say. Helped pick up the mood. Ate cookies for breakfast and couldn't shake the shaky sugar OD all day which kinda sucked. Maybe I was on the verge of a crappy panic attack or something. Who knows other than it was no fun but I feel pretty good now.

Man, Ryan is not a happy guy today, he needs some release. A nice back rub would work wonders I'm sure. I did make some tasty cookies tonight which helped a bit. I think it helped the roommie more though.
