Ouch! But it can always be worse... Speaking about tender spots: I knew a woman who had a snake tattoo. The snake curled coming from the collar around the breast and did bite into the nipple! Double Ouch! 
It looked terrific and even hetero girls had a hard time not staring at her tits as either she was wearing something slightly transparent or the snakes tail was visible and everybody's eyes followed the snakes curviong path!
