I always make a traditional turkey, stuffed, in the oven. I make my own stuffing! I will also fry a smaller one, just for variety. A ten pound deep-fried turkey cooks in 30 minutes! The fried turkey is a lot more moist than one that has been in a hot oven for four or five hours. Frying seals in the natural juices. It doesn't taste oily at all . . the hot oil stays in the fryer. You have to be very very careful . . . easy to get hurt with all that hot oil!

I'm sure they did Charlie Brown and some other old favorites . . . I don't remember down in Mexico . . . it was a long time ago . . they were part of a rock 'n roll revival show . . I went to a bunch of those . . saw groups like the Platters, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Crystals, lots of old Motown groups. I saw the Beatles in Shea Stadium in NYC in 1966. While I lived in Connecticut, I saw Bob Seger, the Beach Boys, Linda Ronstadt, Van Halen, Sonny & Cher, Mitch Ryder & the Detroit Wheels, Joey D and the Starlighters, Peter Paul & Mary, Mary Chapin Carpenter . . while I was in Florida I saw Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Moody Blues, Gladys Night & the Pips, Grand Funk Railroad, Aerosmith, Foreigner, Journey, The Animals, Hootie & the Blowfish, BB King, Styx . . and lots of other bands/groups. Gotta love the live shows!
