Once again it is Sunday night and I am trying to cram in some last minute prep work for tomorrow... and obviously procrastinating! wink

Last night was a BLAST, went to College Park for a soiree at my friend's place. Truly one of the coolest pads EVER, it should be a museum, collection after collection paying homage to the 60's and 70's, running the gamut from...

What a freaky day it has been, like living in a pair of tube sox...

Landed in the midst of an Eritrean/Ethiopean ordeal tonight. I had no idea! Too insular, my life...

My house is full of guests! (And boxes...) This evening launched the first of...

Oh, I'm pretty sure they'll be very receptive to a female slave. smile We male slaves are just there to get drinks. wink

And I will say that my big moment was when Voltaire asked me to finish my beer quickly so she could use the bottle as an ashtray...man, I chugged the rest of that thing so fast... biggrin

Honestly I don't recall what it's called. But I imagine if you order a bacon and Jameson's on Saturday, they'd probably know what you meant. I think that I'm going to have to return there this week and check it out. I was looking at your recent comments attempting to figure out where you would have linked to me from, and I have not clue one.

Where did my weekend go???????

Twins' party was fun, they are soooo identical, now that Dave shaved his goatee and Chris cut his hair; all night long they kept changing outfits just to fuck with people. I had fun watching these two girls getting catty over Chris. miao!!

Last night, after spending the ENTIRE day helping my ex get his condo ready to sell, I went...

eh, i was being obtuse. its a fine line posting in a singles thread. you want to get in there to make yourself known, but not come off as a whiny loser.

i'm not always all 'downish'. just a morbid sense of humor and a certain comfort with...uncomfortable things.

new member, yeah? sometimes i still feel new, but then i look at my post count and think that i really need to chuck my computer out the window.

biggrin

So on Wednesday night I was watching a DVD with my friend Alex in my hotel suite. I had hooked my laptop up to an LCD projector to create our own big screen TV. Wanting everything "just so" for our viewing enjoyment, I INSISTED we move the couch to a better angle. Well the couch weighed about a THOUSAND pounds, and as I gave it...

I am practically comatose with sleep deprivation. Can't figure out why...

insomnia can be so insidious...

So I am new to this site. I had thought about joining a little while ago, but the time wasn't right. Now it is.

I will be moving to NYC in exactly three and a half weeks. It's both scary and exciting. Last weekend I had a bit of...

Jersey City is pretty cool. They're actually renovating most of Jersey City, so there's a lot of people moving to Hoboken and Jersey City from Manhattan. Just stay away from downtown JC (unless you want cheap rent and crackheads, lol). You're best bet is to be by the heights or the waterfront, which is closer to NYC anyway.
Hope this helped......you have a long commute!

Take care kiss

Thanks for the sweet comments! kiss
Moving is always difficult, but at the same time when you move you have the great opportunity to reinvent yourself...
Sleep deprevation!! I totally understand, I have been havin a lot of sleepless nights lately. I have perma-bags under my eyes. I just can't stop thinking before bedtime. A lot of times insomnia is caused because of anxiety, I know that's what is going on with me right now smile
