It's not easy sticking to a diet and turning down foods I love. I miss cheese smothered EVERYTHING.
But all those fitness people are right; it IS 80% diet and 20% exercise. I'm seeing huge changes in myself since I started counting calories and eating healthier. I'll write a blog about dieting tips I've picked up sometime later this week
