I know what you're going through with the dog situation...my Dobie has heartworms! I only missed giving her a pill 1 time and it's going to cost me $450 to get her the shots she needs. My other dog, a Husky/Shepard mix has a thyroid problem which causes tumors to grow all over him - they aren't cancerous at least.
Plus I have a Macaw parrot that costs an arm and a leg to take to the vet! They wanted to do $350 worth of tests to find out why she's chewing at her feathers! And she's mean to me! She only likes my fiance! She'll bite the hell outt me and go all exorcist and shit when I try to pet her or take her out of her cage.

Veterinarians are way too expensive these days . . . check around for a local not-for-profit animal shelter, or the ASPCA, or local animal control agency. Ask them about cheap solutions.

I've had problems with my tail bone for many years. I can't sit on hard surfaces for more than a few minutes, before it becomes painful. I can't ride factory motorcycle seats for that same reason.
Years ago, it was so painful I could scream. I went to an orthopedist . . he gave me a shot of Zylocane and cortezone, right in the area of the tail bone. That knocked the pain right out, for an extended period of time. You may wish to consider having that done.
Also . . lots of anal sex . . . ha ha. Kidding!
