I once stayed in this dodgy part near varsity, I thought it was gonna be fine, and it was for about a year until the guy two flats down from me got robbed clean and he was on my balcony ledge having escaped from being tied up in his own flat and climbed out. He wanted me to let him in but of course I couldn't trust that he wasn't a robber himself so he had to keep climbing the ledge..... Regardless to say I moved out two weeks later. Of course though when my father had come with his van to help me move the LAST of my things (like a handful) he parked his van downstairs and when we came back down it was stolen.
