I was detained recently for a broken tail-light. It took 45 minutes for them to give me a warning. Funny thing was, I was listening to Simon and Garfunkel's "america" when I got pulled over, and the cop who came to my window had a strong Israeli accent. Finally in the free world, arresting people.
