well there are sooo many shades of each blue and one person's version of it will always vary from anyone else's. cerulean is more of a light greyish sky blue but according to paint pigments, which was where i got my reference from having gone to art school, it's closer to your Klein Blue. i'm also a nitpicker

'tis a cherimoya. ripened and chilled it tastes like, to me, pineapple sherbet-- others have described it as reminiscent of bananas, mangoes, strawberries... it's custard-like.. not at all mealy. texture-wise, kind of like a peach but maybe less juicy and more homogeneous/creamy.
