i forgot to say "have a great trip", and bring a camera--even if just a disposable one. then you can take pics of goofy signs and stuff. I took a picture while driving on the highway once, of a sign for the exit to a place called "fancy gap". hehe that makes me giggle.

a lelio is a charector in 'le commede del arte' these old kind of slapstick (actually its where that word originated from) plays they used to put on in italy and france, I first heard reference to it from the anne rice books. i guess its kind of the antithesis of me. Lelio is always vain, cocky, and in love. its as good an alterego as any i guess, ive been using since i was 11 or so, back in the old school dial-up BBS days. anyone remember those?

FYI - The total entropy of the universe is a fixed value. In fact, people are figuring out that the Universe probably isn't expanding, and that it's pretty much a flat disc.

Well, the universe is expanding still, and there still [most likely] was a big bang, and for any process entropy increases, but the entropy of the entire unverse is constant. What does that mean? Well, first off we probably won't have a big crunch, secondly, I think I learned that the universe will only expand to a point. This shit is some of the most subtle stuff in physics today (I just picked it up from a prof in a quantum thermodynamics class). The laws regarding energy are the same, and things tend to a lower potential and a more disorganized state... But shit, stars form out of dust clouds, that seems to be a state of more organization. Entropy is a strange thing, you can't measure it, it's really a reslt of other factors... This stuff really comes out of recent studies regarding the energy of the universe, if you want more beta on this I can find the source... Sorry that my explainations suck.
