Atleast on one account. For a variety of reasons I've had to decline the position I was hired for yesterday. It is incredibly unfortunate but I suppose these things can happen sometimes.
Although they seem to happen to me quite a bit, which gets old fast.
1) I KILLED it at the interview, and start training tomorrow. More to follow once I get all the details.
2) A local comic shop has signed on to carry my book when it's published. They will also be hosting a signing event I will be doing for it's release.
So yeah, for once it almost sounds like "everything's coming up Milhouse"!!!
Reeeeeeeeally need this, hoping for the absolute best.
Busy weekend, but I think it was a success
My 6th year going to Rock on the Range. Truthfully after the year I've had I really need this(although with my current physical situation I can't do as much, my back still isn't great). I am excited though, the drive is long but once I get there it'll be worth it.
Drawings I made for prints I will be selling tomorrow.
-I will be appearing at a local shop for free comic book day this weekend, I will be a guest artist and selling my work.
-The same shop is starting up art classes(mostly in the comic field) and I would be running these.
-I have also been offered to coordinate future events, including a weekly draw-in.
